At CamRugs.Ca, we want to make sure you are getting the best price possible! We offer a Low Price Guarantee, and if you find the same rug in the same quality at a cheaper price, we'll beat it by 10%. 

To get the guarantee, just take a screenshot of the rug and the price with all information and copy the link to the webstore. You can e-mail us at orders@amskor.com with both the screenshot and the link to the product, and once confirmed, we'll send you a discount code to receive the reduced price! 

Where is my order?

We ship all our rugs with a tracking number that you receive when your order is confirmed. Please consult the tracking number with FedEx.

How can I get more information about a rug I'm looking at?

How do I exchange a product?

To begin exchanging your product, please reach out to orders@amskor.com with the information concerning the product with images of the product.

How do I clean my rug?

All rugs should be vacuumed regularly. CamRugs.ca shags should be shaken out rather than vacuumed.

How do I place my rug?

Are your rugs stain resistant?

Cam Rugs outdoor rugs are stain, mold and mildew resistant. For indoor rugs, we do not treat our rugs for stain resistance. Please consult our cleaning guide if the rug becomes stained.

What to expect when my CamRugs.Ca rug is delivered?

Once you have received your rug, it is important to allow the rug to “breathe”. Inspect your rug to make sure it is the right size, shape and style that you ordered:

To be expected:

Creases or waves
Upon unrolling your rug, the product may have creases or waves in the pile and near edges. This is very normal and will only last temporarily. The rug will naturally relax, and within 2-3 weeks of laying flat should smooth out any creases or waves. For a quick solution, you may “back roll” your rug.

New Rug Smell
New area rugs will have a distinctive smell, and this is normal and temporary. The smell may be originally from any natural fibers woven into the rug, as well as from shipping, warehousing and packaging. Once the rug is exposed to fresh air and regular vacuuming, the smell will fade away. 

Possible Variations

Colour: All digital images we display are edited to represent the most accurate colour possible. Due to the possible colour display variations between computers, we are not responsible for variations in colour between the actual product and your screen. Please also be advised that in certain cases, the colour and patterns within a rug may vary according to size.

Size: Rugs can vary in size, plus or minus roughly 3 inches, from the stated dimension. This is a normal characteristic, and not a manufacturer defect. 

Shedding: All rugs hand-woven can be expected to shed to some degree, as do rugs that contain wool. This is not a manufacturer’s defect, and the amount of shedding will decrease and eventually stop. Regular vacuuming will help to maintain shedding.

Shape: Handmade rugs can vary slightly in shape, and any irregularities in lines and shapes are a part of the experience of owning a one-of-a-kind unique handwoven rug.
